Auckland Armageddon was great.
It was the first time I had gone for the whole weekend, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. To sum up the weekend: My feet are bloody sore!

I didn't buy a lot of stuff; I went to meet people rather than spend heaps of money (plus if I bought too much I wouldn't have been able to fit it all into my suitcase). So my haul consisted of: Claymore vol 4, Red vs Blue:reconstruction, a Deidara figurine and a Goku keychain.

On Saturday I was Edward Elric (hung out with Roy Mustang), on Sunday I was Future Trunks, for the Sunday Masquerade ball I was Gaara (white suit), and on Monday I was Kai Hiwatari.

I was thoroughly impressed with the CNZ cosplay panel games thing for the organizers of that.

It was really cool entering the Cosplay Competition. It was a good opportunity to see everyone's costumes up close (and awesome to sit down and rest my poor feet for a few hours XD). Congratulations to the winners of the Trans-Tasman Cosplay cup! You guys rock. The Melbourne winner was pretty damn awesome too (they did a good job on the facial hair, I really thought she was a guy >.> she was a chick right?).

Anyway, as exhausting and stressful as the weekend was, I will totally be back next time to do it all again XD
So...I'll see you in Wellington 2010?
